LJS Services & Construction is a licensed commercial and residential general contractor based in Wichita, working across Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
LJS Services & Construction was started by Liam Smith in January of 2023, with close to a decade in construction behind it. We work across Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
In 2026 we updated our trade name to LJSSC General Contractors, as the company grew to provide both residential and commercial construction services.
Exteriors and interiors both, plus a window and door supply division that sells direct to builders and developers.

We walk the job and talk through scope. Photos of similar work to narrow down preferences, questions about expectations, and an honest budget conversation before anyone invests time in drawings.
Typically back in about ten days. On design-build work that includes drawings with specifications, dimensions, rendered views, and elevations, so you can see the result before committing to it.
Once the contract is signed, you review samples and lock in final selections. Then we schedule the trades and move, with updates you don’t have to chase.
The same person writes your estimate, schedules the trades, and walks the job at the end.
Material and workmanship, in writing. We come back if something needs fixing.
Trade accounts and factory-direct sourcing mean fewer weeks lost to someone else’s supply chain.
We install for Kansas weather and Kansas code, and we have documented enough storm damage to know what belongs in a scope.
Everything a general contractor, developer, or procurement office needs to qualify us.
LJS Services & Construction, LLC is licensed and registered in all three states we serve. License and registration numbers are provided on request, and we register in individual cities and counties as each project and scope requires.
