Outside Sales Representative

We are always looking for outside sales reps. Straight commission, no salary, no cap. It rewards people who can find their own work and close it.

• 12% of contract price on installed and full-service work — roofing, siding, windows and doors installed, decks, remodels
• 12% of sale price on supply-only sales to builders, investors, and other purchasers, up to 14% on designated accounts or product lines
• 6% on company-generated leads we hand you — half rate, because we sourced the customer
• Paid in two installments: half within 15 days of the customer signing and their deposit landing, half within 15 days of their final payment clearing
• Monthly commission statement showing every job and the math behind it

Most of your work will be self-generated. Company leads exist and get assigned, but they pay half, so the reps who do best here build their own pipeline. On a $20,000 installed roof at full rate that is $2,400 — $1,200 at signing, $1,200 when the job is paid.

You would be selling roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, remodels, and new construction across three states, plus factory-direct window and door packages to builders and developers. The supply side is a real advantage on price, and reps who work the builder channel build repeat volume instead of chasing one job at a time.

This is a 1099 role. No taxes withheld, so set aside for self-employment tax. You provide your own vehicle, phone, and tools. There is a signed agreement covering territory, confidentiality, and non-compete — we will send it before you commit to anything.
