Residential lap siding and gutters
Homeowners

Your roof, your siding, your deck — done once.

Retail work across the Wichita metro and the surrounding towns, with a written warranty on material and workmanship.

A contractor who answers the phone after the check clears.

Most complaints about contractors are not about craftsmanship. They are about not knowing what is happening, not being able to reach anybody, and finding out about a change after it already cost money.

You get one point of contact who writes the estimate, schedules the trades, and walks the job at the end. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

What working with us looks like

Getting started

Three steps.

STEP 1

What you need

A phone call or the form. An address and a rough idea of the problem is enough.

STEP 2

What we do

Come out, inspect, photograph, and put a real number in front of you.

STEP 3

What happens next

Sign, pick your selections against real samples, and we schedule the work.

Questions we get

Do you do small repairs or only full replacements?
Both. A repair that buys you three more years is sometimes the right call, and we will tell you when it is.
How long does a roof take?
Most residential roofs are a single day. Siding and full envelope work run longer depending on the house.
Do you handle my insurance claim?
No, and be careful with any contractor who says they will. Negotiating a claim on your behalf is public adjusting, which requires a license we do not hold. What we do is inspect the roof, photograph the damage, and give you a written scope and estimate. You file with your carrier. If your adjuster wants to meet us on site to walk the damage, we are glad to be there and answer questions about what we found.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. We carry general liability and workers compensation, and we are happy to send you our license numbers and a certificate of insurance before you sign anything.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
